Fine tune your business like you would an engine
When running any business you tend to get sucked into the facts, what people are saying is working, new trends and ideas or just simple tweaks. Now I think it’s important to try all new fads and trends in your industry, but it is just as important to know when to drop them.
New ways of networking or doing business are always making their way onto the scene and you have to test what you’re doing and see if it’s worth your time. Think of these tweaks and tips you hear as modifications to an engine, modifying different parts will create a different performance outcome.
Now think of yourself as the fuel powering this engine. If a modification’s fuel use exceeds it’s performance, drop it!
Simple as that!
